Max Dillon was a former engineer for Oscorp when an accident caused him to be fused with electricity and was fired for said incident. Vengeful and feeling hopeless, he turns to crime and adopting the name Electro. He and Norman Osborn strike a friendship after Norman feels remorse for Max. It's here that the seeds for the Sinister Six are in place.
