The head of Oscorp and one of the richest men in the world, Norman Osborn is a ruthless and brilliant scientist/industrialist. After he experiments with a formula which he hoped would enhance his strength and intelligence, he exhibits self-destructive insanity, and adopts the identity of the Green Goblin. Along with Otto Octavius, he is seen as the brains behind the Sinister Six. However, he and Otto are at odds on who is leader.
