In the nice little neighbourhood town of Hawaii, the Lookout a rescue squad tower owned by Clifford (JD McCrary) who leads a team of dogs that call themselves the Clifford Team. They work together on missions to protect the shoreside community of Hawaii and surrounding areas, 5 years later Clifford (Yuri Lowenthal) and his friends T-Bone (Caleb McLaughlin), Cleo (Sarah Hyland), Mac (Jason David Frank), K.C. (Ben Schwartz), Mimi (Halle Bailey), Rex (Zeno Robinson), Kiki (Ruby Rose Turner), Bob (Max Charles), Tonya (Nika Futterman), Shackelford (Najee De-Tiege), Dorothy (Julie Nathanson), Dirk (Zac Efron), Daffodil (Sarah Michelle Gellar), Flo (Mia Talerico), Zo (Tom Holland), Jorge (Walter Jones), Norville (Johnny Yong Bosch), Bebe (Ariana Grande), Tricksie (Kimiko Glenn), Teacup (Auli'i Cravalho), Bobby (Jake T. Austin), Jack (Carlos PenaVega) and Cheri (Sadie Stanley) have grown up in Hawaii, but they have to face the ultimate test to protect the city from a threat that lurks deep within the waves as they face their most biggest and riskiest rescue ever.
