Synopsis

Cinderella is the only daughter of a widowed gentleman, a good and loving father who feels like his daughter needs a mother's attention. Thinking so, he remarries, choosing for his second wife Lady Tremaine, a widow of an old acquaintance, from a good family with two daughters of the same age as her: Drizella and Anastasia. After Cinderella's father dies unexpectedly, Lady Tremaine is revealed to be a cruel and selfish woman, who is only interested in the well-being and future of her daughters. Cinderella becomes the servant and cook in her own house, where she is humiliated and mistreated by her family. Despite this, Cinderella continues to be a kind and gentle girl, to the point of becoming friends with the mice and birds that live around the house.
