Much like Carnival of Carnage before it and Bring it On after, Hokus Pokus serves as the introductory rap [well, loosely in CoC’s case] to basically state that the Insane Clown Posse is here for your enjoyment, with a little bit of humor tossed in, much like Bring it On 2 years later.
