20,000 years ago, in what will soon become Arizona. Tau, a warrior of a Paleo-Indian tribe returns from a hunting expedition to discover that warriors from the aggressive Gaagii tribe have killed his wife and young child. Living isolated in the wilderness and bent on revenge, he teams up with two orphaned children raised by a wolf.
