Pengudatu, or Pengu, is a overarching protagonist of Raya and the Last Dragon. He is a male water dragon and the elder brother of Pranee, Jagan, Amba, and Sisu. He is also the creator of the Dragon Gem itself, and was the first to put his powers in it. He appears to be in a sort of leadership role as well, being the oldest sibling watching over his brother and sisters.
