Description of Sen. Robert Kelly:

Robert Kelly is a politician and prominent U.S. Senator who began his career on an anti-mutant platform and tended to be an antagonist towards the X-Men, mostly in politics. But towards the later days of his career, he began to change his views on mutants as a whole after having his life saved by the X-Men numerous times.
