Synopsis

The McLaren 750S is a new flagship supercar with exceptional performance, power, and speed. Let's see who will buy this car? The 750S is an improved version of the 720S, with a redesigned front and rear, especially a lightweight central sports exhaust designed to resemble a USB port, a larger aerodynamic spoiler, and a tail design similar to the McLaren 765LT. For lightweight, the 750S is 30 kg (66 lbs) lighter than the 720S. Powerfully, the 750S uses a 4.0-liter (3,994 cc) DOHC 90-degree twin-turbo V8 with an output of 750 PS (740 hp; 552 kW) at 7,500 rpm and 800 N·m (590 lb·ft) torque at 5,500-6,500 rpm. It is matched by a seven-speed SSG dual-clutch gearbox. In terms of performance, the 750S in official test results: It goes from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 7.3 seconds, and from 0 to 300 km/h (186 mph) in 19.8 seconds, with a top speed of 332 km/h (206 mph). In particular, the 750S is already sold out, but buyers are expected to deliver it in 2024 or 2025. As of May 2024, half of the 750S had been delivered. In May 2024, less than half way through production, 15 cars were destroyed when the car carrier ship Marina Lotte caught fire and sank off the Azores. McLaren force to refurbishing to built thoses 750S to replace the 15 cars that were destroyed at sea.
