A gambling boogie man. Oogie is a jazzy boisterous villain who loves to bet on peoples lives for fun. He likes to eat bugs, and it's later revealed that he's made up of bugs completely when taking off his burdock sack. He seems to fear Jack Skellington, and it's implied the two have have had some bad history together. Jack stops Boogie from killing Sally and Sata Claus by yanking a thread off his sack, causing all his bugs to fall out.
