Description of Bessie:
character is reimagined as a gruff and tumble construction worker with a broken arm, which is why lightning is required to do the repairs to the damage he caused himself despite not having any expertise. Bessie’s inclusion as a character and not a piece of equipment is to help fill out Radiator Springs with more citizens than just 12 people.
