Karla Sofen, a psychiatrist who loves to manipulate her patients instead of helping them, finds a small meteorite that fell to Earth that gives her superpowers and uses them to become Moonstone and to commit villainous crimes. Only Captain Marvel & Ms. Marvel can stop her as well as a new villain named Discord.
