Voiceover Sequence (in the style of ITSV) in which Billy explains his life: the death of his parents, his uncle who takes him and his sister Mary in (along with his doll Tawky Tawny), and how he gained his powers. As Billy goes through his student life, he discovers the Book of Eternity in the Rock of Eternity that Wizard had just acquired from Zatanna. Billy thinks he could use it to bring his parents back to life. Things are not that simple, and he ends up summoning Lady Blaze and Lord Satanus into our dimension. The two demons, seeking revenge against the Lord of Order who imprisoned them, agree to ally with Mister Mind, a Venusian worm wishing to invade Earth. Frightened by the plans of his sister and Mind, Satanus decides to bring Tawky Tawny, Mary's stuffed toy, to life, so he can help defeat the new duo. To defeat Lady Blaze and Mister Mind, Billy shares his powers with his sister and his best friend Freddy, while his uncle, claiming to have powers, and Tawky Tawny aid them in the confrontation. Wizard reveals to Billy that Blaze and Satanus are his own children, and that there is still good in Blaze. Billy must then make a choice: use the Book to bring his parents back to life or use it to save Lady Blaze and allow her to live with her father. Billy chooses to let his parents go, giving the Wizard a chance to make amends as a father. Post-credits scene: Wizard decides to make Mary Marvel his agent of Order.
