Synopsis

With the threat of HYDRA diminishing and the success of the Avengers initiative, Steve Rogers is finally getting used to the modern world. Yet, the modern world has its faults, and he now must stop an unknown threat from gaining access to a worldwide surveillance operation, with a face from his past on his trail.
