Steve HSS been trying to adjust to life in the modern day and struggling with his past of Bucky dying and Peggy now with Alzheimer’s. He is called by SHIELD to locate a hidden Hydra base and to see what is inside. He finds Arnim Zola’s AI consciousness inside of a computer. The AI awakens and escapes. Cap now must fight Arnim Zola who has created a robotic suit to control.
