Plot: When a mysterious sniper goes on a killing spree, police officers Harvey Bullock and James Gordon take the case into their own hands. They with the help of police work and clues they manage to track down the sniper. But when it all looks brightest, a conflict arises on the GCPD, causing Bullock to be fired for his reckless behavior.
