Synopsis

In an effort to save his family from poverty, Marius Dufresne becomes the captive of a mysterious Beast. But through his compassion and kind heart, he discovers the Beast is not who she appears...and neither is he.

Description of The Madame (Faustine de Rosamonde):

The mysterious Madame who dwells deep in the woods outside of Amersot. She is a frightful half-human, half-raven being who stands 6'2" and walks with a cane. She dwells in a manor where the sun has not risen for decades. She stalks the halls of her massive estate, unable to forget her painful past or escape the dark presence which haunts her whenever she sleeps. She is aloof, icy, and quick to anger at first, but as she is shown kindness and compassion she reveals herself to be a gentle and thoughtful person. This role would primarily be under makeup and/or motion capture, for the actual in-person performance would be later in the film.
