Just a week and a half after the Phantom Rider introduced himself, the police have looked into the old newspapers and found Sonic as the Phantom Rider before. They suspected Mimic would be him since he escaped, but once they found the suit in Sonic's house, they cuffed the famous hedgehog, believing they have the Phantom Rider. Jay pleaded to the cops to let him go, but they were like the SWAT team and forcefully took Sonic downtown. Now Sonic's good name has been tarnished by the Phantom Rider. Everyone hates Sonic's, Shadow's, Tails', and Knuckles' families. Tails and Amy are changed. Now Jay has had it.
