Synopsis

After leaving Gotham, Wildcat arrives at BludHaven hoping to make a difference while also trying to make a new start. He settles in the city with his old friend John Law (Ex vigilante - Tarantula). Unfortunately for Ted, he finds an old enemy active in the city and is forced to work with one of the few honest cops in the city "Detective Yin" to stop them and try to make a dent in the corruption of the most corrupt city in the DC Universe.

Description of Detective Yin:

An ex GCPD detective from Gotham, Yin was transferred over by Commisoner Loeb before Bruce Wayne returned to Gotham. An honest cop who has had a run in with Deadshot in the past hopes to make a difference in BludHaven even though it seems none of the other Detectives have hope. This is until recently when Detective Dudley Soames seems to want to make a difference and the two reluctantly team up with vigilante Ted Grant to help the people of BludHaven.
