Synopsis

After leaving Gotham, Wildcat arrives at BludHaven hoping to make a difference while also trying to make a new start. He settles in the city with his old friend John Law (Ex vigilante - Tarantula). Unfortunately for Ted, he finds an old enemy active in the city and is forced to work with one of the few honest cops in the city "Detective Yin" to stop them and try to make a dent in the corruption of the most corrupt city in the DC Universe.

Description of Chief of Police (Redhorn):

The corrupt Chief of Police on Bludhaven, Redhorn is everything someone like Bruce Wayne would despise. The Redhorn family has a proud history and as such, Redhorns father was Chief of Police before him. Redhorn has regular deals with Antonio "Angel" Marin and encourages other members of his department to also be on the take. Redhorn quickly noticed Detective Yin was the wrong sort of Detective for Bludhaven but he owed a favour to Loeb from years ago. He concentrates on keeping Yin on menial tasks to keep her from causing trouble or making unwanted waves in Bludhaven.
