Synopsis

After leaving Gotham, Wildcat arrives at BludHaven hoping to make a difference while also trying to make a new start. He settles in the city with his old friend John Law (Ex vigilante - Tarantula). Unfortunately for Ted, he finds an old enemy active in the city and is forced to work with one of the few honest cops in the city "Detective Yin" to stop them and try to make a dent in the corruption of the most corrupt city in the DC Universe.

Description of Antonio "Angel" Marin:

Antonio "Angel" Marin is a self made man, he runs the streets of Bludhaven and is rather comfortable with life as he has the Bludhaven police in his pocket. He has arrangements to hand over lesser members of his organisation on occasion and some of his rivals to the police which is working out fantastically for Marin. He is working on strengthening his hold on Bludhaven and has recently been making links with Gotham in hopes of bringing the criminal activities of the twin cities together.
