An old police friend of the Rossi family, Pipazzio grew up by his side for several years of his life, as they always used to play when they were kids even when they were separated by an 8 years gap. When Pipo returns to Italy at the beginning of the series he is forced to deal with him and make sure he is not at all suspicious of his involvement in the mafia, being that right now Alizzio is more interested in forming a friendship with him, now that they are both adults
