Now he faces Morbius, who is the result of scientist Michael Morbius, who had a rare blood disease, which he attempts a radical cure on himself involving chemical treatments, samples of vampire bat DNA, and electroshock therapy. This did neutralize the disease, but it also turned him into a ravenous “Living Vampire” with enhanced abilities.
