A sadistic, psychopathic gang leader from England called King Ace comes to Harking City. He and his gang go on a tour of Ultra-Violence and chaos through the streets. Meanwhile, Black Streak starts hanging out with rich British teenager, Adrian Halbert, after meeting him at an art gallery. Adrian is fun, charismatic, and rich AF, always doing what ever he wants when ever he wants, no matter the expense. However, as Louis spends more time with his new friend, he starts to realize that Adrian has a twisted dark side to him.
