Clark Kelso aka The Symbol, has had a stranglehold on the city of Metropolis. That is until someone who appears to be his exact clone shows up wanting to help Clark stop crime. Initially Clark is happy to have the help, and the city embraces them both as a duo. Eventually though, Clark’s true instincts show themselves again, he’s had enough of Bizarro taking the spotlight from him.
