When a dangerous metahuman trafficker known as Blackbird resurfaces in Gotham, she begins targeting vulnerable young people with special abilities, training and manipulating them into her personal army. To stop her growing empire, Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) assembles a team with Huntress, Black Canary, and Catwoman, each bringing their own skills to the fight. But Blackbird has a secret weapon: the ruthless White Canary, whose vendetta against Black Canary puts the mission and the team at risk. As loyalties are tested and Gotham’s streets ignite in war, Batgirl must prove herself as a leader, uniting the Birds of Prey against a foe who knows how to turn allies into enemies.
