Having a tough time balancing his personal life with the superhero life, Bart Gordon has decided to train a protege, one Cameron Cain, son to Lord Shiva of the League of Assassins. But one day Cameron wrongs Oswalda Cobblepot, The Penguin, in her Iceberg longue, and proceeds to put a bounty on his head. Cameron abandons Bart not wanting to put a burden on him, Bart looks for him with the aid of his friend Dylan Lance. But Cobblepot may reverse that bounty as she has on her own head as a mysterious crossbow killer has it out for The Penguin, Hector Bertinelli witnessed his Family get gunned down by Penguin’s henchmen and has vowed to get revenge. Penguin may need help, and it may be from the person she put a bounty on.
