Billie and Thea learned that they are heiresses to their mothers' former kingdom in England. Both girls are so stoked about being princesses that they didn't realize that the only way they can get their inheritances is through arranged marriages, which their mothers never went through since they met their fathers. However, Kelly gave them the idea that if they could go back in time and convince their grandfather the King to change that law then Billie and Thea would be able to rule the kingdom with Rock and Roll.read more
