Shingen "Shin" Harada II is the successor to Yashida Industries. He fancies himself as Japan's answer to Tony Stark. However, he wants to jumpstart a new tech age by leading it with a powerful tech based army. He murders Hiro's father to hide his plans, but runs afoul of Big Hero 6.
