Dolores Umbridge told Harry that Voldermort coming is a lie but when Harry told her he saw him she gives him detention, Harry told her that Cedric dropped dead but Dolores Umbridge told him that Cedric Diggory's death was a tragic accident when Voldemort killed him. at Dolores's office he was told to write "i must not tell a lie." then when he did the writing was copied on his hand as a scar. when he was done she told him he deserves to be punished. queen Elinor came in and attacked Dolores Umbridge.
