Guts, a mysterious warrior clad in black armor, a metal arm, a missing right eye, and a massive sword, called dragon slayer, enters the town of Kokka, in search of Apostles, demons disguised as humans. With he help of a fairy named Puck, Guts sets out on a journey to destroy every apostle he can, and seek revenge on a group of demons who wronged him called, the God Hand.
