fifaspes roberto can do fantasy just right, gore and existencial dread? I'm not sure

anothercrappyuser In my opinion, only Peter Jackson and Maybe Eggers can do a good adaptation. Del Toro can make a really good movie, but he has a tendency to leave his IP's and Franchises in the hands of less talented people. I fear that if he does get to do a Berserk Adaptation, we'll get one or two good movies by Del Toro before descending into full on Sequelitis with the following movies made by other people.
