A student at Ben's school who used to bully him, Cash wasn't very strong or threatening and didn't even stand out at school (being probably an invisible outcast just like Ben), showing how low Ben's popularity was to the point that he being chased by someone like that. Cash chased weaker kids probably because he was frustrated with his own life. Cash and J.T. are humiliated by Ben in revenge, after he got his powers.
