Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Turtle:

Growing up, young Turtle had a tough time keeping up with his fast-paced friends. At first, his slowness turned to shyness. However, this slow-motion super-villain soon came out of his shell, turning to a life of crime. As a criminal mastermind in Central City, the Turtle uses slowness to his advantage. Although his clever crimes take plenty of time, they are often very effective. With a super - strong shell and extra long life span, the Flash could be chasing this reptile robber for years to come.
