Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Tempest (Garth):

As a child, Garth was a student at the Conservatory of Sorcer and later started a relationship with Tula. Then at some point, he went to the surface world and became one of the founding members of the Titans along with Robin (Dick Grayson), Kid Flash (Wally West), Speedy (Roy Harper), and Wonder Girl (Donna Troy). He was known to be the first Aqualad, then changed named into Tempest after he gets older.
