Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Roxy Rocket (Roxanne Sutton):

Roxanne Sutton regularly doubled for several famous action heroines, executing a series of spectacular stunts. Athletic, adventuresome, and completely fearless, Roxanne's growing addiction to danger became the undoing of her professional career. She insisted on doing ever-more dangerous stunts, until she became so reckless that no insurance company would cover her. Unable to continue working in films, she turned to crime to satisfy her needs, both financial and personal by indulging in fast paced exploits. A few years later, Roxy have gone straight and becoming a passenger-carrying rival of Space Cabby.
