Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Milleous:

Milleous is the emperor of the Incurseans. Due to his high rank, some Incurseans and their allies call Milleous by his full title: Lord Emperor Milleous, light of the Incursean empire, destroyer of galaxies, keeper of the conquest ray, all beings tremble. Milleous has a complex relationship with his daughter Attea. Though he was more than wiling to imprison Attea after retaking control of his forces, he still praised her for overthrowing him and believed that she may succeed one day. After she does dethrone him, he is pulled between anger and pride. Milleous appears to not care for other life, as he was willing to destroy Earth and the human race. He also destroyed Pluto to set an example.
