Leslie Thompkins was a doctor who went to medical school with Thomas Wayne. She was the first to help Bruce Wayne after his parents were shot, and worked with him for years thereafter, even though she disapproves of some aspects of his vigilantism. She is one of the few people who knew that Bruce Wayne is Batman.
