Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Killer Frost (Crystal Frost):

As a child, Crystal Frost was raised in an abusive home, constantly at the mercy of her mother and father. One night, however, as her parents moved in to physically assault her, Frost's meta-human abilities activated, freezing them both in place. The emergence of her powers also turned her hair white and eyes ice blue. Upon seeing her parents at her mercy, she took a fire iron and proceeded to gleefully smash her frozen parents, effectively killing them. She gets easily annoyed, and doesn't care about anyone else but herself.
