Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Flash II (Barry Allen):

Known as the hero of Central City, he becomes the second Flash (Jay Garrick was the first) after having an accident when lightning struck his lab. He is known to be laid back and witty but can be nerdy. He has a habit of being late to important events, which often annoys Wally West. He is kindhearted, well-mannered, overthinker, and sometimes looks at everything scientifically despite his immature behavior.
