Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Fishface (Xever Alejandro Montes):

He was originally a human Brazilian street thug and a capoeira expert. When he was stealing a large sum of money who was originally belong to Oroku Saki, but he was finally caught by the police. However, Oroku Saki decided to bail Xever from jail because of his talents, even thou that Xever did try to steal from him. After the fight against the turtles, he was accidently got splashed by mutagen and turn him into a humanoid fish; while his partner, Chris Bradford, was mutated into a humanoid wolf.
