Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Doctor Destiny (John Dee):

Doctor Destiny is an evil scientist who acts as a super-villain and enemy to the Justice League. Originally a simple genius who invented gadgets to commit crime, his career changed forever when he created the Materioptikon (Dreamstone). This device allows him to warp reality based on the fabric of dreams, making him unimaginably powerful.
