The ruthless tyrant ruler of planet Kalanor, he possesses incredible mental powers in addition to his great strength and intellect. Despero demonstrates a strong preference for action over words, especially when competing against his opponents. He is a silent warrior who lusts for battle and victory against powerful beings. Despite of him being ruthless, he has a code of not to kill "unworthy opponents" and lack of interest fight against magic-users, which is why he'll used the "third-eye" to mentally beats his opponents.
