Grandpa Max doesn’t change much, except his former role as leader of a team consisting of himself, Devin Levin, Phil Billings, Servantis, Verdona, Victor Valadus, and Constantine Jacobs, because why change what’s already so amazing? However, Max also carries a heaping amount of guilt because he blames himself for Devin’s disappearance on Osmos 5, which caused him to retire and his old team to fall apart, and becomes overprotective of the kids after Ben discovers the Omnitrix because he doesn’t want to lose anyone else close to him.
