While Ben can still be very impatient, reckless, and a total gremlin at times, he also tries to act more mature than he is because he's anxious about growing up, and transforming into aliens with the Omnitrix is his way of expressing his true self and becoming who he wants to be inside. In short, this version of Ben would have a bit of Naota Nandaba in him. Nevertheless, Ben still possesses a good heart and a strong sense of justice, which Eunice believes makes him worthy of the Omnitrix. While he first wanted to use the Omnitrix for personal gain, Ben realized the good he could do with it after using it to help stop a forest fire.
