Occupation: Prison warden Tench spent more than 20 years in corrections before becoming warden. He built his reputation by reducing violence and improving Blackridge's public image. Behind the scenes, however, he believes institutional stability matters more than individual justice. Miguel’s case threatens everything Tench has built.
