Synopsis

Loving couple the Maitland’s find out that they’ve died in a car accident, and now legally deceased. Once a new family moves into their house they really start to get up in arms, so they decide to contact a spirit to help them ward off the family. This spirit is an oddball tv salesman living in the husband’s model town upstairs, but no matter what he says, do not say his name 3 times!
