10 years after the events of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the Deetz Family and Lydia's supernatural undead husband of ten years have to mourn another member of their family, as Delia passes away from a fatal illness, as they go on a trip to Hawaii, when suddenly... an old foe from Beetlejuice's past comes back for his revenge after Beetlejuice did not pay his debts over hundreds of years ago, and has hired Scuzzo the Clown to do his dirty work for him.
