(Set months after GatMoM) A fan favorite returns to the tournament, but a shocking turmoil of things decide to happen during the day of her comeback., Ryo and Sakura has to go against each other because one is cursed by the Mr. Karate gene that results them to turn evil, and military fighter Axel Allen joins forces with best friends Ken and Yun to investigate about the gene. Meanwhile, Lady Lawless returns and she decides to investigate the tournament in secret and dispatch some of the fighters to act as spies to obtain information about the Karate Gene, leading the destruction of a friendship between two fighters.
