In order to stop this from getting into his way, he begins to re-start his life by training in martial arts while reuniting with his old master, and joining the BeatDown in order to be the world's most complete fighter; on the other hand, Ryo thinks about retiring the tournament, Ken reunites with an old friend in the tournament, while Sakura has to take up the challenge of being put down against a heroic fighter. While all this happens, a mysterious figure named Gouken starts invading the tournament. Who will be the one to challenge Gouken to a battle of champions?
